WELCOME TO MILILANI ATHLETICS

Aloha Trojans ~

In order to participate in sports at Mililani High School, all student athletes MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:

• Submit a current Athletics Sports Physical Form done within the last calendar year

• Submit Student Participation and Parent/Legal Guardian Consent, Release

• Enrolled at Mililani High School (live in MHS district or GE on file)

• All school/class fees and obligations are cleared

• Meets academic requirements (minimum GPA 2.0 and no 'F's in any required courses for graduation)

Spring 2025 Sports Information:

• Baseball (Varsity Boys) - Starts February 2, 3:30p @ MHS Baseball Field
• Golf (Varsity Boys and Girls) - Tryouts February 2-4 @ Mililani Golf Course
• Flag Football (Varsity 1 and 2 Girls)- Conditioning starts on 1/12 and will run on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at Stadium from 330-530pm!

• Judo (Varsity Boys and Girls)
• Softball (Varsity Girls) 
• Surfing (Boys and Girls) -All surfers MUST BE junior lifeguard certified to participate.

• Tennis (Varsity Boys and Girls) - Tryouts start will begin on February 9.

• Track and Field (JV/Varsity Boys and Girls)

• Volleyball (JV/Varsity Boys) -Tryouts February 9-11 @ MHS Gym
• Water Polo (Varsity Girls)
