good morning Trojans my name is Elizabeth Johnson and this is your Wednesday broadcast we we discuss things that matter to you because it matters to you matters to us we know that in the midst of this kind Emich it's important to find healthy and delicious recipes that will fuel the throughout the day not only that but cooking a meal is a great skill to have we're here with mrs. Khan High School culinary teacher and she's here to show a simple recipe that can be made at home not to use this Kong has it everyone my name is and I have some tips for you for leftovers in the fridge we have left Erase here and we have some leftover breakfast meat along with some other things that I'll introduce to you so what are we making making fried rice.
