so slow it down take a moment with you down take down what is full of gold let me over there let me slow it down Ain't It Funny I would change how the future be your branches I get nervous good morning children today is February 27th Thursday and we have periods 1 3 4 5 6 and 7 and we had a 237 belha students speaker sessions are back again in the College and Career Center check out our website for a list of visiting organizations February visitors include Washington State University Air Force ROTC Northern Arizona University and uh hero a special next steps presentation for students accepted to Washington state will be held on Tuesday February 25th if you're interested in attending any of our speaker sessions visit the college and career website sign up Once Upon a Time at Milani High a tail as old as time was coming by on April 12th 2025 it all convened at Hilton wine Village a ballroom Serene they saved the day and found their Bays but tuxes dresses and lays the hearts of flutter the night Junior and Enchanted Evening of love and cheer so mark your calendars don't forget a night of magic you won't regret April 12th 2025 don't be late Hilton wine Village Save the Day your guests and find you happily ever after hey everyone we're back with our ticket seriously focused on sleep deprivation and time management today we're wondering how can students balance school work extracurriculars and social life without sacrificing sleep let's go interview some seniors to share some tips and tricks with you about time management how do you manage your time well I managed my time by like on my assignments and homework in class in my grade 5 because I've studied all as I have to juggle a baseball and work I like to do all of my homework and my school work before I get to practice so when I come home from practice I can eat associate to see um I do my working class or uh before practice or anything like that uh I manage my time by making a list of what I need to do for school what I need to do for like home activities family activities activities uh outside activities and then I have a calendar that I share with my parents so I can see like all my events and needs need to do my family and I have a calendar in our living room that we use to plan our events and then you usually in the mornings when I first wake up I plan what I'm going to do in the day and see what homework that I might have to do during the night those are some great responses from our seniors here are some other tips and tricks to help you manage your time first prioritize your tasks use a planner or calendar to stay organized break big projects into smaller steps and set realistic deadlines create time blocks for studying activities and self-care and don't forget to take breaks minimize distractions stay consistent and learn to say no when you're overwhelmed reflect adjust and don't hesitate to seek help from teachers counselors or resources around you you got Today's Breakfast is chicken tenders and tomorrow's breakfast is cinnamon roll welcome to my house
