I guess you wonder where I've been I searched to find my love Within hey Trojans today is April 22nd Tuesday and we got periods 1 2 3 4 5 7 and we end at 2:37 p.m. hey phoenixes are you interested in designing our senior class shirts scan the QR code on screen or go to the link to submit a design 4 shirts will be white and the design must include our class colors maroon and black glass mascot Phoenix school name Milani high school or MHS or Trojan head emblem class year 2026 Ander seniors designs are for in the front and tire side or pocket design and back of a shirt submissions are due on May 9th stop by c103 if you have any questions baby shark doo doo doo doo doo doo baby dying sharks how sad the sharks aren't the only dying creatures our environment dies every single time you throw a piece of trash onto the ground whether it's little or small today is day 2 of literally stop littering literally stop littering is our campaign that addresses the problems caused by littering and how we can take action to stop it hey I think you're forgetting what today is that's right do you know what today is today is Earth Day let's interview Kim malama to learn more about Earth day and what their impact is on the environment so what is your clubs impact on the environment and when malama we do a lot of service projects whether it be up and mouth kaala or not a fields or educational activities in our classroom we think it's really important that kids know not only the importance of helping the environment but also the little things they can do what is the significance of Earth Day well in my opinion Earth Day is more than just today it's a day to reflect on our the choices we do to protect the planet and as a club of dedicated to protecting and preserving you know our environment we believe it's a good chance to reflect on how our choices have an impact on the world around us why is it important that we should be taking care of our environment it's important we take care of our environment because the environment gives back to us so if we don't take care of the environment then we might have like a trash way of living so if we take care of the environment like it's nothing then we're going to feel like nothing what can someone has an individual with you to address the problem of littering I think 1 of the ways that an individual can do that is just by making sure all their outdoor trash cans have lids on it so none of the trash can fly away something that people can do to address the problem it's a small thing but it does um you can just hold on to your trash when you're walking around so you don't have to like dump it on the floor it's like going to collect over time but it's kind of better to look like collect it in your pocket I guess dump it into a trash can then like to just throw it into the world and it's a little extra but I also do it but like when you're passing by and you just see a piece of trash just pick it up it's nothing too big really but like every little thing that helps so change literally today's lunch is barbecue pork sandwich and tomorrow's breakfast is breakfast chicken patty
